গানের মডেল হয়ে মামলা নামক জালে পড়বেন- এ কথা দুঃস্বপ্নেও ভাবেননি জ্যাকুলিন ফার্নান্দেজ। বলিউড এ অভিনেত্রী ও মডেলের জীবনে এবার সেটাই সত্যি হলো। ‘গেন্দা ফুল’ শিরোনামের একটি গানের ভিডিওতে মডেল হয়ে মামলার জালে পড়তে হচ্ছে তাকে।
গানটিতে জ্যাকুলিন শুধু মডেল হিসেবে অংশ নিয়েছেন। গেয়েছেন ভারতের জনপ্রিয় হিপহপ শিল্পী বাদশা ও পায়েল দেব। এ গানের ব্যবহূত বাংলা অংশ ‘বড়লোকের বেটি লো লম্বা লম্বা চুল, এমন মাথায় বেঁধে দেব লাল গেন্দা ফুল’ একটি লোকগান থেকে নেওয়া। যার স্রষ্টা বীরভূমের প্রত্যন্ত অঞ্চলের লোকশিল্পী রতন কাহার। তার অনুমতি না নিয়েই গানটি ব্যবহার করায় ক্ষুব্ধ অনেকে। গানটি রিমেক করেই এখন ইউটিউব ট্রেন্ডে টপ লিস্টে আছেন বাদশা। অথচ তিনি তার গানের কোথাও রতন কাহারের নাম বা কৃতজ্ঞতা দেননি।
তাই সম্প্রতি এক সাক্ষাৎকারে রতন কাহার জানিয়েছেন, ‘আমার প্রতিবাদ করার মতো সামর্থ্য নেই, আমি গরিব মানুষ’। ‘এরপরই পশ্চিমবঙ্গের বাংলা পক্ষ নামের এক সংগঠন রতন কাহারের হয়ে আইনি লড়াইয়ে নামার সিদ্ধান্ত নেয় বাদশা এবং এই গানে সংশ্নিষ্ট সবার বিপক্ষে। বাংলা পক্ষ বলেছে, শিল্পীর অনুমতি ছাড়া গান চুরি করা এবং বাঙালি নারীদের নিয়ে নোংরামির বিরুদ্ধে বাংলা পক্ষ আইনি পদক্ষেপ নিচ্ছে। শিল্পী রতন কাহারের হয়ে আইনি লড়াই করবে বাংলা পক্ষ।
হিপহপ গায়ক বাদশার কণ্ঠে রিমেক আর জ্যাকুলিনের মোহনীয় নাচের কারণে ইতোমধ্যে ভাইরাল হয়েছে গানটি। যা বাংলা পক্ষ কোনোভাবেই সমর্থন করছে না। এছাড়াও আরকটি বিষয় গানটির লাইনে আছে “এমন মাথায় গেঁথে দিব লাল গেন্দা ফুল” অথচ লাইনে’র সাথে মিল রেখে কোথাও জ্যাকুলিনের মাথায় একটি ফুলও দেখা যায়নি।যা, গানটির অপমান করা হয়েছে বলে বাংলা পক্ষের দাবি।
